Is it possible to install hard drive from the PC computer to MacPro and run the OS already installed there either as a virtual machine or thru boot camp?

No. Moving Windows from one hardware environment to another is not going to work unless the environment is almost identical. For instance, on a given motherboard, you can usually change CPUs within the same family. But to change motherboards (where the chipset is different) usually will result in blue screens and or hang up at boot time.

However, you can always try. It is usually low risk to the hardware to try.

True, it's probably not going to instantly work right off the bat. But a boot into safe mode to install any required drivers for the changed hardware, and possibly a reactivation (I seem to remember having to call Microsoft to reactivate once after upgrading a mainboard) would likely do the trick, but like all Win(d|bl)ows issues, there's chance in everything. =)
