Can I partition my new PC Netbook (160GB) to boot both PC and Mac Leopard?

Most of the week I travel and I need my custom written PC software to work with my clients. However, sometimes while I am on the road, I have time to work on writing new Apps. I want the portability of writing iPhone Apps.

It doesn't make sense to lug two different laptops, one a PC the other a Mac, with me as I travel. I would hope to be able to "hotkey" between PC and MAC and then back again. But, if I have to, I'd reboot into the other OS.

Configuration
Intel® Atom™ processor N270
533MHz system bus, 512KB L2 cache and 1.6GHz processor speed.
1GB DDR2 memory
160GB Serial ATA hard drive (5400 rpm)
Intel® UMA graphics
224MB shared video memory
Built-in 0.3MP webcam
3-in-1 media reader
3 high-speed USB 2.0 ports
Built-in wireless LAN (802.11b/g/n)
Built-in 10/100 Mbps Fast Ethernet LAN
