PC "Outlook" to Mac "Address Book"

Trying to get everything from my PC to my new iMac.

It would have been really smart of Apple to create a migration tool to allow new users to move "Outlook" data to the Mac "Address Book."

I have found a web site that does it, PLAXO, but I don't want to send all my contact information to some unknown site on the Internet.

Is there a way to move the data from Outlook to Mac's Address Book by exporting from Outlook and importing to Address Book?
