Ok my graphics card went out last week after a couple of weeks increasingly common graphical artifacts. Anyways I got a new graphics card and the PC about 75% of the time now it will start but not show anything, after forcing it to shut down if I try to start it then it will start then immediately shut off. If I remove the CMOS battery and put it back and and it boots it will load like normal just the post screen takes forever to come up.
I went from a 8800gt to a ati 5770, I'm thinking the power supply won't be powerful enough to support the new card, but once the PC is running it is fine, but I haven't had a real chance to tax the graphics card.
I'm close to ordering a new power supply with more power but wanted to get some input from you guys first
