PC to MAC itunes library migration

Hello,

i pretty sure somebody has anwsered that on the forums but even if i did a quick search (and one on google) i didn't find a clear response.

One after 2006 at least...

1 ipod, 1 iphone, ton of music and apps. Playlists would be very nice too.

Any way to do this painlessly?
