Pc version Sapphire HD 7950 Help me Please!!!

Hi Guys, There is a problem. Mac Pro does not recognize graphics card..I've checked the power cable. The graphics card fan is running. but mac pro does not see it. I wonder what is the problem? What do i need? Help me please!!!
