PC with 24" Cinema Display - Need Drivers

Anyone know where I can obtain drivers to enable the audio, iSight, and brightness control for 24" Apple Cinema Display within Windows 10? I know the audio should technically work, but for some reason even though Windows recognizes it as "2-Apple USB audio device", it does not make any sound no matter how I tweak the settings. Sound comes out of any other device I connect.

Any insight is appreciated!!
