PCi Card transfer help

Ive just pulled out a card that had 4 x USB 2.0 from my old G4 and plugged it into a (ne to me) G5. Is thats all thats needed for it to work or do I need to reinstal or check drivers?

How do I check that the G5 is seeing ot okay and its operating as V 2.0 USB?

Thanks in advance.
 
You may need to check for updated drivers or applications to run the USB card in the G5. Is the OS version the same or different?
