PCI Expansion (PCI to PCI Bridge) does not have enough resources in WinXP (Bootcamp)?

Hello!
I bought a MacBook Pro 17" (newest edition) and an Expresscard to PCI Expansion (http://www.exsys.ch/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=92&products_id=574). In OSX everything works fine, but under WinXP the Device-Manager shows Errorcode 12 (not enough free resources) for the PCI-to-PCI Bridge. I think this is has sth. to do with the nvidia MCP79 chipset-drivers since everything works fine in OSX.
Can anyone help me?
