I've been looking around and haven't found anything about this anywhere! I have an old PowerMac G4 with a dedicated AGP graphics card slot from before they switched them over to use PCI slots. I want to upgrade my graphics card but the only real choices I've seen for an AGP slot will set me back $500-$600 dollars, and I'm simply not willing to pay that much right now. On the other hand, I can get a PCI card for about $125. So can I install the graphics card into one of the 4 available PCI slots and use that as my main card or will the 'dedicated AGP slot' mess that up?

Thanks
