PCIE SSD M.2 adapter - suggestions?

If you have an M.2 SSD in your Mac Pro 4,1 or 5,1 (or even 3,1), what PCIE Card are you using?

Lycom?
BPlus?
Startech?
No name?
Amfeltec?

Looking for something which will allow 2 x M key SSDs in a single slot

Not sure such a thing exists. Lots of M and B key dual SSD adapters, but not dual M2 key.

The Amfeltech looks amazing but pricey.
