PCM to MP3 (or something else usable)

I recorded some audio on my Android phone (it was free, don't hate me) using an app named 'Virtual Recorder' which records in the PCM format. I have been installing numerous programs, one of which I even paid for (SoundConverter) because it appeared to be the most reliable. Come to find out it is not. Is there anyone out there that can help? Or am I just screwed?

iTunes can do this. Import the file in to your library, then right click "Create MP3 Version". If MP3's not what you want, go to Preferences > Import Settings to change it.

If you want something more advanced, get Max.
