I'm looking to buy a PCMCIA Compact Flash Card Adapter to use with my TiBook.

I only find PCMCIA Compact Flash Card Adapters for PC. Nothing states it can be used on a MAC.

Should I find one made for MAC? or it would work just the same?

Thanks

As far as I know, the Apple PCMCIA slot is fully compatible with any 'PC' card, type I or type II. I dont know for sure, but the funny thing is I just bought one from (of all places) Radio Shack about 10 minutes ago and will be installing iPhoto later to see it all work with my new Digital Camera.

Ill let you know if I have any problems, but I dont forsee any...

I have a SanDisk adaptor that works both in my PC laptop and a friend has used it in his icebook. They are really simple dumb devices, just a sleeve the CF card slips into and some wires connected it all together, not circuitry to say...

Yeppers ---no problem.

I didnt even install any of the software that came with the camera. I simply installed iPhoto, plugged in the flash/PCI adapter thing, and boom. I had pictures.

Easy, beautiful, effortless.
