I have installed Win7 Pro under PD6. Seemed to run fine under SL. However, ever since the upgrade to Lion, I have been having recurring problems when I attach a Western Digital USB external HD. It causes a BSOD TOTAL crash, requiring a power down reboot. Several times it has then crashed a second time when OSX tried to re-load PD6 and Win7, thereby causing damage to Win7, which had to do a repair and/or restore.
I have sent multiple emails to Parallels, with no response whatsoever.
I am VERY concerned that these kernel panics are damaging my 2011 15" MBP.
I am not a happy guy, and am hoping that someone might have some suggestions other than removing PD6 or Win7, which I must have for work.
Thanks
Tom

It did it again tonight. MBP was running fine under OSX, and even ran Win7 under Parallels. But the minute I attached my external USB HD, BSOD, and had to a forced shutdown. I have searched on here, Parallels, and google. Does anyone have the same problem, or any suggestions??? Please?
