PDF Annotator with 100% Zoom

Hi,

I'm looking for an app for my iPad Pro that opens PDF and allows me to annotate on them and offers 100% zoom. Ideally it would also have the following features:
  • Apple Pencil Support
  • OneDrive / Google Drive Support
  • Ability to add/remove pages

I've already tried GoodNotes, Noteability and PDF Expert, but don't believe any of these apps have a 100% zoom feature.

Any suggestions?
