PDF App with Adobe Acrobat like features for Mac OX??

Has anyone come across a good app with Adobe Acrobat like features for Mac OX?
I searched online and saw a few apps that users recommended, but they didn't work to my liking.
The features I'm looking for is an app that can:
1) Merge PDF's
2) Import PDF's
3) Create Bookmarks
4) Export created and edited PDF's to a new PDF file
