One great feature about iOS is that I can immediately modify and save a PDF file once it's opened, e.g draw or write something on it. Is there any free apps or method that can do the same to PDF? I know that Adobe Pro isn't free. Will I be able to modify the PDF for free with any legitimate way on Windows PC?
