PDF creator for documents and press-able links etc needed?

Hi,

I need some kind of PDF creator, to create PDF documents so if I have link in there, you can press on it and it opens in a browser etc.

Can anyone recommend anything?

I assume you mean something other than Adobe Acrobat? That's one of the most used and feature full applications, but is obviously expensive.
