pdf/ebook reader for iPad

I am looking for an ebook reader that:

1. Remembers the last page I was on

2. Allows highlighting of text

3. Has a tabbed interface, so I can have several books open at once and can just flick through them via the tabs. (kinda more optional)

Any recommendations?
