PDF Editor + search

Hi there.. I had previously thought that most of the PDF Editors did this until I went to buy one then found out that there are far and few between!

I want a PDF editor that allows me to highlight with my finger/stylus (ie just highlight naturally vs. having to select the text and then click 'highlight') AND offers a search feature allowing me to search through my PDFs for specific terms..

I think iannotate and PDF expert does this (correct me if I'm wrong)..but are there any apps that do this which are a bit cheaper?

..if only UPAD had a search feature...
