PDF File -> Unexpectedly Closed All Programs

Hey guys, I recently ran into this rather odd problem on my Macbook. The problem occurs everytime I open a certain PDF file. Oddly enough I can open any other file of similar type, but every I open this one in particular OS X crashes; closing all my applications. Any suggestions would be appreciate.


Also, I've noticed a similar failure when trying to view what I believe is a java app, in firefox.
