Hi

So this is probably the most basic question in the world but I can't seem to find the answer. When I open PDFs for class in preview on Safari, is there any way to have a page number displayed? Like 1/10, 4/10, or 25/365. Something like that? I downloaded adobe to use for that purpose but the scrolling speed is wayyyyyy too fast on it, I like the pace on preview better. So I'm hoping I can just check some box somewhere to display page numbers.

Thanks

After the PDF has opened in Safari, if you choose the Open In Preview option, you can choose to have page thumbnails or a grid showing all pages. Click on the button at the top left of the Preview window Toolbar.

Does that only work in files that are actually opened in preview? I'm trying to get a simple page display while in my my browser. Just about every other browser has some way of doing this, so I can't imagine Safari doesn't. That would be silly.
