PDF printing issues with Lion

Since the time I upgraded to Lion, I am noble to print any complete document from the web as .pdf it just prints the first page. This is an issue with both Safari and Firefox. I have a Macbook Pro loaded with Adobe Acrobat Pro 9

Have you tried it in Preview? I prefer Preview to Adobe and the only time I use Adobe is when somebody sends me a "mal-formed" pdf generated by a Microsoft product and I can't read it on OS X or iOS without resorting to an Adobe product.
