In any situation where you don’t need to access Reader specific features (like forms), Preview, because it’s fast as heck. I don’t even install Reader on my Macs, since I have no need for it.

And if you do need to do forms but don’t want to install Reader, I suggest PDFpen.
 
Preview is my choice

I voted for preview since it is already there and I didn't have to install anything extra to view PDFs.

Preview for sure :) Unless if I'm creating a PDF then I will have to use Adobe PDF Pro.

Recently, my Safari PDF viewer is Adobe for some reason. I was so bad, scrolling is not smooth etc... Apple's app is the best most of the time :D
 
I’ve been using OS X full time for so long that I’m still sometimes boggled by the fact that in the year 2012, Windows PCs don’t ship with a fast, in-browser PDF viewing solution.
