PDF readers - what do you recommend ?

I'm looking for a reader that allows for note taking or annotations, plus the ability to have a high contrast display (eg white text on black background).

Been trying to find one with this, but not having much luck for the contrast settings..

Can anyone recommend one?

I use Goodreader as my PDF reader. I like the fact that I can create a 2nd copy of the PDF that contains all my notes and annotations.

as for the contrast, are you talking about the annotations being white text on black background or the entire PDF as white on black? I know with Goodreader I am able to select the color of my highlighted text.
