I recently installed "CocoaBooklet" (an app for creating booklets...). When you first start the app it asks if you'd like to add CocoaBooklet to your PDF Services menu so you can make a booklet from any print window...I said "Yes." When I attempted to do this, the PDF Services Workflow button appeared in my print dialog, but it was grayed out. I removed the CocoaBooklet alias from the PDF Services Folder...but it still appeared grayed out. I then deleted the folder and logged out and back in...now it shows the regular "Save as PDF" button, but it too is grayed out.

What can I do to fix this?

Thanks...
