PDF software for measuring floor plans

Hi,

I'm an engineer in the construction industry. I'm looking for a PDF reader that runs as nice as Preview but can scale measure drawings/plans for mac.

I use windows at work with Bluebeam so something like that would be great. I tried PDF studio but its not cheap and its a little clunky.

Is there anything else close for mac. Is there anyway to get add-ins for preview?

bluebeam is your best bet.

buy parallels desktop. buy windows 7 pro off ebay. install blue beam.
