PDF to EPUB converter: alternatives to Calibre?

I'm searching for a simple program to convert PDF files to EPUB and to synchronize my ereader. I don't really like Calibre. It has a ton of features (that I dont need :) ) but I find it sluggish on my eMac. Do you know of any alternatives?
