I am looking for a replacement for PDFFactory (windows) for a new macbook. The thing that the PDFFactory had was the ability to while in the document (Office) print it to the PDFFactory and do this same thing with multiple documents. Then, when ready open the PDFFactory and same them all as one document. This allowed for the combining of many documents for use in a single pdf quickly. This function is important.
I have tried the automator, unpdf, pdfpen with no results that work well. I don't know much about these applications or even if I will purchase the adobe version and get the results that I desire, but I know that you all have crossed this bridge prior to me. Please feel free to let me know what you think.

You can open, view, print and combine multiple pdf files with Preview, which comes installed on every Mac.
