I'm having a problem with Safari 3 and loading PDF's. Anytime I try to load a PDF in the window, it gets the little spinning icon and the beachball, and I have to force quit Safari. In fact, the first time I didn't force quit it, but figured maybe it was just taking a while to load, and it ended up being a SBOD, and I had to shut down the computer and restart. Anyone had issues? I had the PDF browser plugin (http://schubert-it.com/pluginpdf/) installed, but I removed it and the problem is still there.

Just went and tried about 6 different pdfs and they all worked fine. How big is the pdf in question, can you give a link to it so we can see if it takes down our safari.

It is 4.3 MBs, worked fine in my Safari, using the adobe reader plugin, worth a try. Or as a work around why don't you just option click to download the files for now.

Edit: Just tried both the plugin you used initially and then with third party plugins and it worked fine each time
