I placed a pdf in /var/root/media/PDF (i had to create the PDF directory)

Now when I run pdfviewer on my IPT, the PDF is listed as a selection, but when I open it up the PDF is blank.

Any ideas?

This is the PDF:
www.mta.info/nyct/maps/subwaymap.pdf

ok i installed apache but i see no icon for it, is this normal?

also, what directory do i drop the pdf into?

Yeah that PDF viewer hasn't worked for me at all, hopefully it'll be updated soon, it does warn that it's an alpha when you install it.

If you're using OSX you can download an app called filemark which lets you bookmark PDFs (and also higher res images) in safari which you can access offline.

Open PDF with filemark
Save link to bookmarks
Sync bookmarks in iTunes
Done.

The PDF Viewer does work, it just takes an obscene amount of time to load. The screen is blank because it's still loading.
The App isn't worth using yet.
