Peculiar bug in iCal, can anyone help?

Attached is a screen shot of the peculiar overlapping of events when one browses backward months, i.e. it is fine when one browses forward months. I have already reinstalled the OS but the problem still exists. Any idea? Please help.

I've got that exact same problem. The overlapping events just don't go away, even if you uncheck all the calendars - they're like... burnt in.

Did you manage to solve that problem yet?
