peer block / peer guardian equivalent ? does one exist ?

Hello,

i was wondering if their was an alternative to peer block and peer guardian but for the mac ?

if anyone has used anything they could possibly recommend first hand, or is aware of any program, many thanks,

I have never used the program, or the download, but there is apparently a version of PeerGuardian for Mac: http://peerguardian.en.softonic.com/mac

I wouldn't put a lot of faith in PeerBlock......it seems to be mainly a false sense of security.....read some of the comments from some pretty knowledgeable folks in the comments for this article for example:
