Peer Guardian Alternative?

My peer guardian no longer works after I upgraded to leopard. Is there an alternative that works with Leopard? Thank you.
 
I have heard people encouraging the use of azureus because it has a built-in ip filter, but I don't know how it compares to peer guardian
