Hey guys I know this has probably been posted several times, but I am on a Mac OS X 10.4.11, I have Peer Guardian, but when I start a P2P app it only blocks from a few people.

For Example:
I was using my PC today and it was Blocking a lot more addresses than on my Mac (7,700,800,000) Estimate for PC. I am using P2P level 1 and 2 Lists. It's hardly blocking anything on my mac osx (2,000,000,000) Same http:// URL. Does anyone have an idea what's going on? Are Blocked addresses the same meaning for "Blocked IP Addresses"?

Could it be because I am using a wireless connection on my Mac?
My PC was plugged in. When I use the same link my PC is using for an update list it says it can't be found. Here's the address my PC uses and it gets over 7,000,000,000 (Blocked IPs).

List: http://peerguardian.sourceforge.net/lists/p2p.php

That's the list that blocks 7 billion +

Does the program transmission act as a Peer Guardian when you turn on the extra features? Could this be the cause?

One last thing... What's the difference between n outgoing block to an incoming?

"Btw. I'm told that you can ignore the "Couldn't connect socket" errors. And could it be that PG is disrupting the port checker? Also, why use PG, block lists are now a feature of Transmission. (If you only worry about being spied upon using BitTorrent, don't use PG)"

Here are a few pictures....

Thanks for your help.
