PeerGuardian(Alternative?) for 10.3.9

I am setting up a cube running 10.3.9 for BitTorrent use, and i'm looking for a version of PeerGuardian that will run on it, perhaps even an alternative.

also. i'm using Bits on Wheels because i cannot find a build of transmission that will work.

i did lots of searchs for a peerguardian alternative, i came up empty.

i see that PeerGuardian - 1.3.2 will work for all flavors of OSX. if anyone is running a version on panther, could you PM me.
