PeerGuardian and 10.8.3

Since updating to 10.8.3, PeerGuardian (1.70b2) is no longer working for me. It is unable to load its kext giving this error in syslog:

pploader[364]: Kext failed to load: The operation couldn’t be completed. Operation not permitted (1)

I have tried reinstalling, but still fails.

Is it just me (and I should work harder for a solution)?

Or is this true for everyone (and does anyone have a solution)?
