Peerguardian or Transmission

I'm using transmission for filesharing and added the level1 blacklist from iBlocklists. It shows only 200k IP addesses in the list. That doesn't seem like a lot to me. I've seen numbers in the millions+ for blacklists.

I downloaded PeerGuardian but when I run it it's not showing any ip addresses being blocked.

Is transmission's built in IP blocker just as good as PG? What would you recommend. How do you add more than one blacklist to transmission (say level1, 2, 3)?
