Pegasus Raid R4 R6 Thunderbolt

Is there any news on these, feels like its been forever and they are still not out. Will these work like a drobo?

Pretty certain it will not work like a Drobo, since Drobo uses Drobo's file system tech (Ars Technica wrote a great article about it). It's probably going to use standard RAID implementations and be much, much faster than a Drobo, though of course less flexible. But for people who use Mac Pros, that's a good thing since the DroboRAID isn't usually what they would want.

Do we know if this is coming out any time soon? I am patiently waiting for anything Thunderbolt to release.

Supposedly we were going to see something alongside the final cut pro release, but it didn't happen. Getting kind of ticked about all the hype and no delivery on Thunderbolt.
