Pendrive & memory card erase

In Pendrive or memory all data has been cleared but space is not remove
Data is remove but space not removing...

Keep in mind that the "pendrive" or flash drive must be attached to your Mac when you empty the Trash otherwise what you deleted will not be removed, which means the space taken up remains.
