Penultimate and iPad 2

Anyone else experiencing this problem with Penultimate and the iPad 2? I've posted a YouTube video demonstrating the problem. New iPad 2, Penultimate 2.3 (latest version), and multi-touch gestures are turned off. I've also posted a message on Cocoa Box's (the maker of Penultimate) forum.

My set-up is a little bit different from yours:

- multitasking gestures turned on
- using fingers instead of stylus

And no, I'm not experiencing your problems.

Make sure you're not touching the screen with your hand while writing.

Having wrist protection turned on is supposed to prevent this from happening.

What are the multi-touch gestures your referring to. The only options I could find are for the wrist protection (on) and Tools on top (on).

If you download Xcode and connect your iPad to your computer (and follow a few other steps), you can enable mutli-touch gestures on your iPad (globally). This allows you to do such things as four finger swiping up to reveal the multitask bar at the botton, four finger swipe left and right to quickly switch between open apps, etc. This is what I was talking about.

I am also using a stylus (as you can see in the video I posted).

Anyone else have this problem and any ideas?

I'm not having the problems you've listed but with Upad I have the problem of the multitouch gestures pulling up the app bar every once in a while when I'm writing with my hand on the screen.

Noteshelf does not suffer from the same problem.

I have turned on "Tools On Top", but can only write with finger, stylus is not working.

I have posted this issue to the company's message board, and they said that they are working on a fix. Until then, I have to stick with pen and paper.
