I see a lot of posts here with people posting that they've purchased the new iPad for their spouse, family member, sibling, etc... That's really nice of everyone. I love how die hard the Apple fans are on this site.

Anyways, who have you purchased the iPad for? And for what reason (did they need it, surprise present, etc)​

I pre-ordered a 32GB White one for my daughter. She was just accepted at a top-ranked private High School. We've been sharing an iPad 1 for the past two years. It's a surprise - she thinks I ordered it for myself.

Wow! It's usually the opposite - people usually get the new one for themselves and pass the hand me downs to the next person. That's so sweet of you
