I've been using Photos on Mac for a long time, since 2009 when it was still iPhoto. I used to use the faces feature on the app back then and obviously that feature was revamped recently with iOS 10 and 11 and the new photos app on macOS.
I noticed that somehow, faces of people I once had named years ago (and have since deleted) are still syncing to my iPhone and it says that they're faces "from my Mac." This isn't true as these people have since been removed from the photos app.
Does anyone know how I can go about stopping those face albums from syncing for people that I don't want on my phone?
