People keep referencing the reduce transparency option, but can someone post some full screenshots of the actual difference please?

I've only seen a couple screenshots of small bits here and there. Can we get some of the whole screen with various windows open with that option off and on.

And yes, I did see the reddit post with that on as well as increase contrast, but I'm curious (as I'm sure others not trying the beta are) about just reduce transparency.

Dock (and other elements made of glass) are still translucent but it's toned down, unlike in Sequoia and earlier where Dock becomes totally opaque. Menu bar becomes opaque just like before.
