Hey. I'm sure I'm not alone on this. I have 4 lines and 2 are eligible for upgrade. I am using 1 of them for the 1 line that is not eligible...

What did you guys do once you got the phone delivered? If you plug it up and activate, it'll deactivate the previous sim card. I can't do that since the line I'm using will be in another state :rolleyes:

Can you just call AT&T and do the whole swap thing without deactivating the previous sim card?

Any other advices around this?

If you plug it up and activate it, you will activate it under the line you want it activated, don't activate it under the line you did for pre-order.

Also, I spoke with AT&T yesterday and they suggested before activating through iTunes to call AT&T so that they can properly switch over the IMEI number to the line that the phone is going to be tied to.
