Pepsi - iTunes Times Square Advertisment

I really haven't seen much advertising for the promotion, besides the Superbowl commercial and Apple/Pepsi's websites. So I was flipping through the channels on TV, and saw a huge billboard looking over Times Square. Two of them on a corner in fact. I'll try to pull a screen cap.

Has anyone else seen it?

I haven't seen it in person, but I was also flipping through channels and I saw it in the background on an MTV show. I think it was TRL.
