Percentage Battery indicator inaccurate ?

Hi,
how come the battery indicator can be inaccurate ?
I mean, I can read 93% (top right) but the values found in "About This Mac / Power" give me a value of 4167/4694= 88%.
Is there something wrong with the numbers
