As someone who has seen multiple iPads with screen issues; my own, others', in Apple stores, at other stores, purchased from Apple, purchased from Best Buy...and who has been following the threads on screen issues very closely, I can almost unequivocally state that, so far, week number means nothing. There are good and bad screens from a variety of weeks.
The biggest hole in your poll is that you don't ask those with screen issues to participate. You could get 50 people with week 4 iPads that look good via your poll, but there may be 60 people with screen issues from that same week...your poll doesn't ask whether the screen is good or bad, just good.
Pretty much a useless poll.
