Hi, I have almost got the perfect set-up for my iPod touch.

I can stream all my media from my mac using an app called Air Video.

I can open close apps remotely on my mac using Kickstart. (so i can close apps that are downloading and using internet bandwidth for example).

I can sleep or restart the mac using Kickstart also.

The only problem I have now is how to wake the mac. I bought an app called Mac Wake but reading the instructions it only seems to work on a network using an airport express for Wake On Lan.

I have a Linksys WRT54GS router which I am hard wired to.

Can anybody offer any advice on how I can wake my mac from sleep remotely please. I have the mac set on wake for ethernet access and also 'file sharing' is ticked. (from Mac Wake instructions). The app even see's the mac but it fails to wake.

I have read some threads about activating port forwarding on the router to enable it but still no success. Help please?
