Perfect time for a break from ios, and AT&T what is the best Android value?

I have been waiting for an excuse to jump ship from ios, and especially ATT for a while now. The stars are aligning perfectly to do just that. My contract is up next month. I am giving my unlimited data plan to my GF and setting out into the world of prepaid Andrloid phones.

I fully intend to come back for the next redesigned iPhone, but I feel like it is time to try something new. Paying $100 per month is so wasteful IMO. It's not that much money but adding it up over time it accumulates.

My friends have all taken to buying phones on CL, and just unlocking them on Boost, H20 etc. Ultimately it seems to end up cheaper. My one friend is running Virgin Mobile with unlimited data for $35 per month.

What is the best deal dollar for dollar, for phone, and data plan? Anyone offering the Galaxy S 2 prepaid? Buy a used phone and go for H20 wireless to get ATT network for less money?

What is the best deal out there?

id go with a droid bionic if you can handle tiered data

galaxy s2 is nice also but the back of it is made with cheap plastic which is a huge turnoff for me

I'm in the same boat. Going to use my iPhone 4 until the Prime is available. Will come back to apple next year once a re-design takes place unless Android sucks me in.
